Terms of service
Updated 27 October 2026. By requesting a video you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. Full-performance purchases are not open during final validation.
Full-performance video packs
The planned one-time prices are $6.99 for one video, $17.99 for three and $27.99 for five. All packs target the same approximately 29-second, 1080p, 16:9 silent performance. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused video balances do not expire. The server verifies payment before any image or video generation. Capacity can be paused before a new purchase; completion time is not guaranteed.
One successful full video uses one video from the pack. A different photo, look or successfully delivered version uses another video. A confirmed technical failure without delivery returns the reservation. An unknown or delayed outcome must first be reconciled; it does not authorize duplicate free generation.
Permitted input and use
Upload only one consenting adult whose photo and likeness you have the right to use. You must not submit children, public figures, unlawful or abusive material, non-consensual sexual content, fraud or impersonation. Do not infringe others' rights. Provider review applies and may reject an otherwise valid file.
Output and limitations
The full performance follows a fixed party sequence. No soundtrack is supplied. AI may change identity, anatomy, hands, clothing, background and movement; exact likeness, resolution, commercial suitability and audience response are not guaranteed. Inspect the entire result before sharing. Obtain the rights required for music or other material you add.
Access, recovery and deletion
A necessary browser cookie controls access. Save the private recovery code to restore your balance and unexpired media in another browser. Anyone possessing it can access that balance and results. We cannot promise recovery without a valid code or the original browser cookie.
Photos and scene frames are available for up to 24 hours; completed videos for seven days from the task start. Download before expiry. An unstarted or completed full-performance order can be deleted with confirmation. An in-progress or uncertain render must finish or be reconciled first. Deletion does not recall processor work or restore a video already delivered and used from the pack.
Failure and refunds
A wholly unused pack with no active reservation can be requested for refund within seven days of purchase. A confirmed failure returns a video to the balance. Partially consumed packs and dissatisfaction with a delivered AI result are not automatically treated as technical failure. See the refund policy. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
Earlier five-second orders
Existing $4.99 five-second entrance purchases keep the contract accepted at checkout: first/last-frame review, one optional last-frame remake and the original failed-task refund process. They are not converted into new packs. Recover earlier orders.
