Video generation, payment and balance recovery

The full-performance studio is in final validation and is not accepting purchases yet. This guide explains the implemented candidate flow and how it differs from earlier five-second orders. Open the studio for current availability.
Returning from checkout
The server retrieves the original Stripe session and checks its product, owner, mode, currency and amount before adding a pack. The same callback or browser refresh cannot add the pack twice. If you closed an unpaid checkout, no model generation starts. If payment finished while you were leaving checkout, the verified paid balance wins; inspect the saved order before paying again.
Recover a saved attempt
Return in the same browser and choose the order under Saved videos. Check status rather than creating another attempt to resolve a delay. The photo and progress survive a page reload after the private upload is saved. A result marked uncertain needs reconciliation and is not automatically resubmitted.
Restore a balance in another browser
Use Save my recovery code in the studio. Store that downloaded text file privately. To restore, open Restore a saved balance and paste the full code. Anyone with the code can access the same balance and unexpired results. Recovery does not extend media retention, restore a deleted file or guarantee recovery without the code or original cookie.
Technical failure versus a new version
A confirmed failed generation with no delivered video returns its reserved video to the pack. A delayed or unknown outcome remains reserved until reconciled. A successfully delivered different person, new look or extra version uses another video; changes are not unlimited free renders.
Downloads and deletion
Download a completed MP4 within seven days of task creation. Photo and scene-frame access lasts up to 24 hours. You can delete an unstarted or completed full-performance order through its confirmation control. An in-progress or uncertain render must finish or be reconciled first; deleting cannot recall a request already with the processor. Completed videos remain counted as used after deletion.
Refund a wholly unused pack
Within seven days of purchase, a wholly unused pack with no render in progress can be requested for refund from Your balance. A technical failure returns a video first. A partially consumed pack is not automatically refunded. See the refund policy; applicable consumer rights remain.
Earlier five-second orders
Open earlier orders for the old $4.99 product. Those orders retain frame review, one optional last-frame remake and their original technical-failure refund rules. Their paid recipe snapshots are not changed into full-performance packs.
